"Stayed here with my daughter for the Olivia Rodrigo concert. Usually stay in a Premier Inn but this was so much better. Only downside was a squeaky sliding door on the bathroom and someone running in the corridor at 2am. Overall, a lovely quirky hotel and would stay again 😀"

"When confirming the order, there was only “payment made in the hotel” The charge when doing check in was higher than the amount shown in the app. It took time to do check in and feeling was not very good. Buffet Breakfast was good. You can order some choices when it was not available in the hot plates. Yummy👍"

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Ibis budget, Pollard Street. Right from checking in, the staff were very polite, helpful and warm. The ladies at the desk were very welcoming.
The room clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was top notch. It was easy to get into the city as the bus stop is just a de seconds from the hotel. The metro link stop is only a couple of minutes walk from the hotel,

"I am still in the hilton due to travel being cancelled due to severe storm, the hotel staff were very helpful and booked my room for a third night charging me a quarter of the amount I paid for two nights through you. Moral of the story book direct from the hotel in future, likewise with my travel as you didn't inform me that my Friday morning train was cancelled until 01.52am on Friday morning, I had already found out from fellow supporters at the game we were attending on the Thursday evening."

"The location is at the heart of the city centre with many restaurants out of the doors, but noise was included, especially at night time. Free bus is available just 2 minutes away from the property. The facilities were a bit old. Netflix was provided that was wonderful"

The toilets had ran out of shower gel and despite requesting for a refill, there was no action at all even after checking out. "My stay at this hotel in Manchester was fantastic! The location is incredibly convenient, just a short 6-minute walk from Piccadilly Station, making it perfect for travelers. The room was new, spacious, and provided a very comfortable experience. While the breakfast selection wasn’t overly extensive, the quality of the food was absolutely top-notch—delicious and satisfying. "There was an issue with this booking, and the same was made by mistake on the evening of the 12th of August and was made for the 12th of August instead of the 13th. The hotel was not full, and when I contacted Trip.com and the hotel reception, I was made to make a new booking and no refund was offered for the room. The people and businesses in the United Kingdom have been known to be very empathetic and humane, unlike the US and do understand other human beings. This was not the case here, and I was shown the refund policy by the hotel and the website that is trip.com. Even from trip I did expect more as I booked for the 13th too from their website. Thus, not a great experience. Very disappointed with Trip.com not even refund the taxes. The gym at the hotel is very small. Near the water is good."

GGuest UserHotel is excellent room and views are lovely. Location is excellent and majority of staff were nice. Only a few issues they give and charge you for doubles in the bar when the menu only gives single prices. The response from the barmaid was you never specified a single when that should be as standard. Also take 50 pound a night for cover in case you spend in the hotel but only refunded 97.60 for the 2 nights. Although we didn’t spend anything on the room. The hotel is super but just those 2 things took the shine of a really great stay.

NNayomithedivaLoved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome.
Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in.
The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added???
But it was still good nevertheless.
The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points.
Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well.

1105172****This is a grand and historic hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic, right in the city center and just a short walk from Manchester's Chinatown. My only complaints are the unclear smoking signs near the entrance and the tiny ashtrays provided. There was also no doorman to offer assistance or reminders. This could easily lead to fines (as enforcement seemed rather discreet), which unfortunately cast a shadow of frustration and disappointment over my trip.

GGuest UserStayed for one night and it was generally okay. Came out of Manchester Piccadilly station and it’s about 20 minutes walk from there. Close to Manchester Victoria station, though.
Definitely not Radisson standard but not too bad. Room had stains on the carpet and the hairdryer bag was covered in hair. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was one person on reception at night and was difficult to get through because he was rushed off his feet.
Breakfast was okay but pasties and flavoured yoghurts ran out very quickly and were not topped up.
Wound I stay there again, probably not. Should you stay there? No harm in trying it out for yourself. Like I said, it’s not bad.

GGuest UserI went with my daughter, it was her very first time staying in Manchester, We enjoyed stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good and something for everyone. The only thing I would say is that we both didn't get any sleep, not because of any noise from outside, it was actually from the toilet. Each time someone was using the bathroom from a near by room, our toilet would also make noise, that was a pain, but there was no point complaining about that as it qas really late when we came back to the hotel to sleep. And we only stayed one night. But I really would have liked to feel abit more fresh in the morning. I'm not sure if this is an issue with other rooms, but it caused us both not to sleep well. But apart from that, I cant complain. Shower was good and with good pressure. It was very clean.
Location was excellent. I would like to try it again, but I would like to ask for a room without the noisy toilet :).
Also if you look at the picture. There is cheap all day parking for £6.

GGuest UserThe staff is not not really welcoming. There is blood which can be removed by us on bed. That means they did not wash the bed sheet before we coming? But the bathroom is nice.

GGuest UserMy man told me the doors locked yet there wasn’t any batteries to make functional, he also said I looked like a stoner n can happily smoke ****, so I took upon his request and enjoyed my stay to the fullest, was beneficial of the pricing range as the cost was no more then a 3.5 per bedroom
As for the the essential part of the trip, my associate commandeered a new sleeping partner,
